School fees are payable on a quarterly basis as per the fee schedule issued by the school. Parents and guardians are requested to ensure timely payment of fees to support smooth academic and administrative functioning. A grace period is provided after the due date. However, payments made beyond this period are subject to late payment fines as prescribed by the school.

Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Students are permitted to appear for examinations even if fees remain unpaid, though parents are expected to clear dues at the earliest possible time.

Wearing the prescribed school uniform is compulsory on all school days, as it promotes discipline, equality, and a sense of belonging among students.

A separate sports uniform is prescribed for physical education classes and designated sports days.

Students are also expected to maintain proper grooming standards, including appropriate hairstyles, clean and polished shoes, and minimal accessories, ensuring a neat and disciplined appearance at all times.

Parents or guardians intending to withdraw a student must provide a minimum notice period of three months to the school.

A Transfer Certificate(TC) will be issued only after all outstanding dues and formalities are cleared.

The school reserves the right to dismiss a student in cases involving continued poor attendance, serious behavioural concerns, or repeated violation of school rules and discipline standards.

In case of absence, parents or guardians must inform the class teacher and record the reason for absence in the student’s diary. For extended absences due to illness or other valid reasons, medical certificates or relevant proof may be required.

A minimum attendance of 75% is required for students to be eligible for examinations and promotion to the next class, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the school.
